Facilitates the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and initiatives. Plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates appropriate patient care. Collaborates with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures. Performs direct patient care, only as needed, within the scope practice. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor or Master degree in exercise physiology or related field required. 2. Current BLS upon hire and maintained current. 3. Licensure as a clinical professional, preferred.
