Advantage Resourcing is excited to hire a Maintenance Technician to support our operations in Harbor City, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team-read on to learn more and apply today!

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Perform maintenance and repairs (construction, plumbing, electrical, AC, compressors)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental codes
  • Assist with building space planning and budget management
  • Participate in cleaning and facilities-related tasks
  • Troubleshoot machines and assist with Preventive Maintenance (PM)
  • Operate machinery to maintain production efficiency
  • Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and safe work practices
  • Complete weekly and monthly preventive maintenance work orders
  • Assist Building Maintenance Technician as needed
  • Maintain water and air systems



Qualifications & Skills:



  • 2+ years of recent manufacturing experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Good math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Overtime availability
  • Ability to stand, stoop, and lift for extended periods
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Proficient with tools (Lawn Mower, Edger, Weeder, Forklift, Hand Tools, Welder, Drill Press, Scissor Lift)
