Advantage Resourcing, a top staffing agency, is currently seeking a skilled File Clerk for a full-time position with a respected financial institution in redlands, CA. Position Details:



  • Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (with one additional shift)



File Clerk Responsibilities:



  • Sort mortgage documents by loan number
  • Organize and file documents in a large warehouse-style file room
  • Copy, scan, and pull files as requested for client shipments
  • Audit files for accuracy
  • Enter data and label boxes
  • Use a ladder daily for file retrieval
  • Lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Be comfortable working with numeric systems for filing



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some warehouse clerk, fast food, or retail experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
