Our busy orthopedic office is looking to add a Medical Call Center Representative to their growing office! This individual will be responsible for answering calls from patients, verifying demographics, completing insurance verification, scheduling and rescheduling appointments and procedures and overall providing excellent customer service. This is a fully on-site position, located in Waterbury, CT.
