Customer Service Representative Job Details:

Pay: $18 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 7 pm | Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm (rotating schedule)

Training Hours: We ask that candidates apply be flexible regarding training hours for the first 30 days



  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Maintain records of all conversations in the call center database
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer support role, bilingual in English/Spanish, highly motivated with a track record of over-achieving quotas, and excellent customer service, communication, listening, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
