Responsibilities A Team Lead will support the Indiana Distribution Center (IDC) operation in the Kitting area. Duties include but not limited to, assisting supervisors in coordinating daily tasks as well as hands on all functions, driving and achieving deadlines. The Team Lead will be responsible for making sure all processes are being followed and reports are being updated daily through the use of CLICK and other operational systems. Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring the designated work area and ensure critical tasks are being completed by the team in a timely manner.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position does require prolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Employees have the ability to cross-train by working in any area need it based on business needs and staffing levels. Overtime is based on business needs.
