Are you driven by the opportunity to tackle complex challenges and work alongside top leaders? Do you want to be part of a team that delivers outcomes that others simply can't? If so, you've come to the right place.

As part of this group, you'll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
You'll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm. While all consultants develop specialized knowledge and a focused program as they progress with McKinsey, in your first few years you will have an opportunity to work on a broad range of topics across industries and functions. For consultants who join McKinsey as experienced professionals, this can mean building on previous knowledge or developing unique experience in an area that is completely new.
