What It's Like We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Intern. As a key member of our Business Intelligence (BI) department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in developing their skills in data analysis, reporting, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. What You'll Do Candidate will work on key business analysis projects that directly impact the performance of T-Mobile for Business. Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources. Utilize data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.
- Report Generation: Work closely with BI team members to generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different business units. Ensure accuracy and reliability of reports by validating data sources and implementing quality checks.
- Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide valuable business recommendations.
- Tool Proficiency: Learn and utilize BI tools and software to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data. Gain proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Documentation: Document data analysis processes, report generation procedures, and key findings. Contribute to the development of standardized reporting templates.
- Communication: Present findings and insights to team members and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with team members to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
What It Takes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
