Job Description
Summary The purpose of this role is to lead the customer collaboration agenda across Australia and New Zealand and bringing the voice of the customer to the Kraft Heinz Leadership team. Key deliverables will be focused on service, driving growth, reducing cost to serve, along with end-to-end network optimization across Australia and New Zealand. With the support of your Customer Excellence Managers in your team, this role exists to improve our key metrics (CFR, RDD & OTIF), enhance our service to our customers through focusing on their KPIs (DIF, DOT, DIFOT & OBSL) as well as increasing supply chain efficiencies to become a supplier of choice.
