Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst I Location: Bend, OR, 97701-3406 Salary: $21 per hour Employment Type: Direct Placement Target Start Date: January 5, 2025 Job Description: TEKsystems' client in Bend, OR is seeking Help Desk Analysts. This project is for a minimum of 6 months, with the potential for long-term employment. The hours of operation are Monday - Saturday, with varying shifts from 5am - 8pm. In this role, you will work closely with existing staff, learning new technologies and supporting this world-class leader. Your responsibilities will include: * Troubleshooting password resets and login issues. * Troubleshooting hardware issues such as keyboards, mice, and screens. Requirements: * 1+ year of Customer Service/Help Desk Experience * Excellent communication skills and a servant mentality * Experience supporting PC peripherals (keyboards, printers, mice, etc.) * Experience with Microsoft Office 2007 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), XP, and Windows 7 Key Skills: * Help desk support * Windows troubleshooting * Customer service phone support * Hardware support Work Environment: * Corporate headquarters in North Bend, OR * Professional dress and grooming required * Hybrid workplace with remote work options after training Training: * Full-time in-office training for 90 days, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm * Post-training shifts staggered between 5am - 9pm, Monday - Saturday * Flexible schedule with remote work options available Additional Information: * Must be willing to submit to pre-employment and random background screenings. * Drug test required * Great team environment with career advancement opportunities * Values stability and long-term growth for its employees Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00 During the 9-12 month period (probationary period), benefits will be through Kaia HR-their payroll company Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Bend,OR.
