Job Description
Kraft Heinz North America is on a mission to transform its factories and significantly enhance operational efficiency by over 30%. Achieving this ambitious target requires meticulous planning, robust execution, and unwavering discipline. The POD Maintenance Lead is a pivotal role, responsible for implementing, governing, and measuring best-in-class maintenance practices across a cluster of factories within the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) framework. This role directly supports the Taste, Meals & Snacks business unit and is responsible for maintenance & KHMS strategies at five US based manufacturing sites that align to the Taste, Meals and Snacks POD. We are seeking an associate director level leader with high-speed manufacturing experience and demonstrated expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Consistent delivery of sustainable improvements across multi-site manufacturing operations. This role will report directly to both the Business Unit Leadership (to enable execution) and the Zero-Based Transformation Excellence Team (ZTE) (to enable process and governance). Responsibilities:
