ON-SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK IN CENTURY CITY Bill rate - no more than $80/hr DURATION - end of may, likely to extend PROCESS:virtual meetings - first with Jenny and then same day next with Betty. If they pass virutal meetings, no need for onsite PSMs: Tues 1130 -3pm / Weds 930-3 / Betty - comes in later in the day - anytime after 11, on Tues / Weds REQUIREMENTS: looking for 3-5 years of experience but it's URW, so will likely be someone with more as long as they fit in the bill rate DD&C groupwithin AFA / mixture of centers, job cost related (but don't need this experience) number of projects have been reduced, processing draws, doing reconciliations, must have good analytical skills draws - majority of it, reconciliation, processing payroll and overhead specific to job cost, adhoc projects / clean up Systems: JDEdwards, heavy excel, only 2 bank accounts for DD&C Deisha goes on mat leave, expectation is first week of February. but thesooner they can get inthe better, so they can cross train. IT ~a week to get equipment but could be faster. preference - a person willing to learn, not stubborn, take the initiative rather than just ask, be resourceful.
