The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Senior Program Manager will advance Mass General Brigham's DEI strategies by managing the continuously growth of a variety of programs and establishing and utilizing a variety of data to inform decisions and programing. This role will be responsible for developing, embedding and sustaining tools, resources and initiatives that enable MGB employees to better understand and utilize DEI opportunities by fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with organizational values, vision, mission, and business objectives.
Reporting to the DEI Program Director, the Senior Program Manager will work across the organization to ensure that all DEI programs and initiatives are structurally and strategically sound. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for writing, editing and preparing DEI reporting. The successful candidate will: * Collaborate with DEI Leaders: Partner with the Office of DEI members and leaders to create and embed a sound program infrastructure. * Manage DEI Programs: Oversee all day-to-day programmatic and initiative operations, including the delivery and implementation of DEI education/learning programs, organization of DEI Grand Rounds, DEI Summit, and other Office of DEI programming. * Conduct DEI Research: Perform research on DEI trends, best practices, and emerging issues to inform program development and strategy. * Benchmarking and Innovation: Benchmark DEI initiatives against industry standards and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative in its DEI efforts. * Support ERGs: Work with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to develop mission statements, strategy development, governance, tracking, reporting, and measuring progress, leadership development for ERG leaders, and promoting visibility of ERGs within the organization. * Utilize Learning Management Systems: Assess, track, and deliver DEI education programs and learning processes using learning management systems. * Strategize and Implement Initiatives: Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that support DEI objectives. * Develop Assessment Protocols: Create program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, including dashboards. * Resource Management: Manage budget and other resources for maximum productivity. * Supervisory: Oversee the work of the coordinator. * Execute DEI Communications: Ensure the successful execution and delivery of all DEI reports and communications, including the Vitals website. * Build Communication Plans: Collaborate with the Communications team to build communication plans, provide and produce content for internal communications as well as social media. * Prepare Presentations: Create PowerPoint presentations, including graphic design. * Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.
