Sinclair Digital Group is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Relationship Manager to join our Drive Auto team and serve as a subject matter expert. This position requires contribution to our company-wide sales endeavor, particularly dedicated to the highly competitive tier 3 auto business sector. In this base + commission role, we require a strategic communicator with a proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights and industry expertise to nurture and expand client relationships.
The ideal candidate will rapidly acquire an in-depth understanding of our internal systems, operational protocols, and sophisticated business review tools. Playing a leading role in the post-sale service continuum, this individual will proactively oversee ongoing campaigns and partnerships, demonstrating exceptional leadership in resolving and managing any issues that may arise, while ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders to guarantee the steadfast retention of existing business. The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 plus commission. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
