Responsibilities

Supervisory paralegal who provides paralegal support for the licensure and corporate and entity management functions of Legal Department and supervises other paralegals and/or legal assistants.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

1. High School Diploma.
2. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in law firm or company setting performing legal tasks (can be a combination of education and experience).
3. Familiarity with and experience involving state and federal regulatory and licensure filings, as well as corporate book and recordkeeping.
4. Familiarity with the preparation of articles, bylaws, resolutions, consents, and meeting minutes.
5. Familiarity with Robert's Rules of Order, parliamentary procedure, and federal and state corporate oversight and Board governance standards.
