Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? As Business Manager, Internal Audit, you will support the delivery, administration, and execution of various strategic initiatives for US Internal Audit. These initiatives are critical to uplift audit operations and practices and enable the function to align with regulatory expectations. You will be supporting and reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives. RBC Internal Audit leverages a unique perspective with a coordinated view across the entire business-to deliver valuable advice that not only gives assurance, but that illuminates a bigger picture, connects dots, builds best practices, and broadens possibilities. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $80,000-$135,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
