Nurse Practitioner Pediatric Pulmonology Pediatric/Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers Full Time 82718BR Job Summary The Pediatric Pulmonology Consult Service is a busy service providing expert consultation to a wide range of patients throughout the children's hospital. The NP provides direct clinical care, consultation, education, and complex care coordination for pediatric patients with pulmonary conditions. They perform patient triage, assesses, and screens patients with sleep disorders and complex medical conditions, and makes referrals for diagnostic tests and appropriate specialty consultations. The NP performs ongoing service flow for long term treatment and follow up, ensuring appropriate and timely continuity of care. They facilitate communication between patients, health care providers, and referral sources as needed. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $95.69 - $124.10 (Hourly Rate).
