This role is responsible for utilizing simple hand and power tools to assemble, manufacture, disassemble, repair, sort, and inspect small soap-dispensing units and larger sub-assembly machines.

What You Will Do:

• Assembles customer orders for shipping and process orders through the Koerber/SAP system.
• Performs simple audit checks to ensure the proper function of assembled equipment
• Works from process and specifications sheets
• Accurately processes necessary paperwork related to labor reporting and record keeping
• Utilizes TPM tools improve safety, efficiency, increase service to our customers and reduce cost
• Proactively communicates maintenance needs, quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality or productivity to the appropriate leader
• Ensures constant communication with management on daily activities and losses
• Assists in training teammates
• Other duties as assigned

Position Details:

• Plant location: High Point, NC
• Work week and shift: Monday thru Friday 6 am - 3:30 pm, some weekends required as determined by plant.
• Compensation package offered: $18

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have basic math ability
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Immigration Sponsorship not available for this opportunity

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
• Must be able to stand upwards of 10 hours
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
