We are seeking a Director of Early Career Recruiting, Americas to lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and hiring top early career talent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future talent pipeline of our organization and make a significant impact on the careers of young professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing early career talent and possess the strategic vision to drive our early careers recruitment efforts to new heights.

Supporting the exponential growth of our business by providing top, diverse talent
Promoting JLL's brand, values, and culture
Applying new technology and data to drive change

Location: Hybrid role: 3+ days in Chicago/Aon JLL office per week.

What this job involves
Early career recruiting focuses on early identification of talent through internships and full-time opportunities out of university and/or relevant training and educational programs. The Director of Early Career Recruiting will:
Drive the go-to-market Early Career recruiting strategy in the Americas region and execution of university and partnership events - focusing on the quality, speed, and diversity of the talent pipeline.
Lead and inspire a team of early career recruiters providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Collaborate with HR and partner with business leaders to understand talent needs, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Identify top universities, external partnerships, and other related sources for talent. Build and maintain strong relationships and consistently analyze and report out on the success of each partnership.
Develop and share new methodologies and innovative approaches to build JLL's employer brand across multiple channels.
Be laser focused on building diverse talent pipelines with the goal of conversion to full time hires.
Collaborate locally and globally with early careers leads to leverage resources and best practices.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in early careers recruitment, implementing innovative approaches as appropriate.
Champion Talent technology and tools such as Workday, HireEz, HiredScore, and video interviewing capabilities.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for early careers recruitment, regularly reporting on progress to senior leadership.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Early career recruitment experience is a plus
5+ years of relevant work and leadership experience
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects, recruiting events, and other initiatives with high attention to detail
Proven competency in driving results through strategic thinking and collaboration with others
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to drive recruiting strategy and identify new opportunities
Exhibit a passion for diversity and have a track record of developing or managing diversity recruitment programs or events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with external partners
Ability to travel as needed for campus events and recruitment activities.
