Description & Requirements Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a talented paralegal to join our strong team of Nashville commercial real estate and lending attorneys and paralegals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing title and survey documents, including reviewing title examinations; review and preparation of legal descriptions Review of draft closing documents for real estate transactions Due diligence reviews of property documents, surveys and title insurance commitments Pre-closing and closing management of real estate projects and loans The position requires an understanding of and experience with commercial real estate transactions, as well as excellent technical and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
