Responsibilities & Expectations:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide empathetic solutions.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Order Management:
- Process and verify incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
Technical Assistance:
- Serve as a technical resource, providing product information and troubleshooting guidance.
- Assist customers with product specifications, installation, and usage.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team and OEM partners to provide essential support.
- Prepare and submit accurate price quotations and bids.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest product or service improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; plus, 2 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Participates in meetings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precise execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work procedures and apply strong analytical problem-solving dynamics in a continuous improvement environment
- Ability to communicate at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Strong customer focus with professional communication
- Available to work overtime
- Ability to perform math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division including understanding fractions and percentages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
