Housekeeper - part time hours

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc. is currently seeking part time Housekeepers to join our team at our beautiful, state of the art facility - within a successful, growing, long-established organization - and an amazing team!!

You will work with the best and brightest team members in a beautiful building with a convenient location on the bus route.

The Housekeeper performs general cleaning assignments to ensure safe and sanitary conditions throughout the facility, and to ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment for all.

We can't get around this - to qualify you must have:

• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities.
• Physical ability to: kneel; crouch; stoop; lift and carry up to 20 pounds; push and pull; reach and work above shoulder level; use hands and fingers to grasp, pull, and manipulate objects; and the ability to occasionally work above ground level.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience as a professional housekeeper a plus!
