Position Purpose |
Dartmouth's Office of Equal Opportunity, Accessibility, and Title IX (
EOATIX) invites applications for an exciting opportunity as a Department Coordinator and Website Administrator. As the Department Coordinator and Website Administrator, you will manage the administrative, operational, and fiscal functions of
EOATIX. In addition, this role will support the Office of Equal Opportunity, Accessibility, and Title IX websites, including creation and maintenance of additional content. |

- Bachelor's degree and professional experience in administrative coordination, website management, or a related role.
- Strong project planning and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive, collaborative relationships and partnerships with Dartmouth partners, stakeholders, and the campus community.
- Knowledge of budgeting or willingness to learn.
- Must have the ability to manage training calendars, deadlines and priorities.
- Fosters a climate of inclusion and equity and is sensitive to diverse perspectives and cultural norms.
- Evidence of success working independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Google, Canva, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Willingness to learn software programs or office skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a proactive, adaptable mindset that embraces change and fosters innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in all aspects of work.

Description |
Operations and Office Coordination
* Operate as the primary administrative contact for
EOATIX and handle general inquiries as well as support requests.
* Assist with expense and invoice processing and general supply ordering as well as budget tracking.
* Support recruitment processes and onboarding.
* Manage daily operations of the
EOATIX office, ensuring seamless workflow and organizational efficiency.
* Coordinate calendars, schedules, and departmental communications to optimize team productivity.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability and follow-through.
* Maintain accurate records, files, and data to support compliance and reporting requirements. |

Website Administration
* Design and develop, in coordination with leadership and subject matter experts, website content for new as well as existing areas.
* Support ongoing web content related projects, launch, and manage a user-friendly and accessible department website that reflects the mission and vision of
EOATIX.
* Regularly update website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and relevant to campus stakeholders.
* Collaborate with team members to develop web-based resources, toolkits, and information hubs that enhance the department's outreach and visibility.
* Review website content in light of
ADA and accessibility standards, providing an inclusive online experience for all users. |

* Scheduling, planning, and overall support for marketing, training, and visibility events for
