The Sr. Business Administrator will be responsible for the finances of Natural Sciences Hub #1 within the college of Arts & Sciences. Hub #1 includes Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Reporting up through the Business Office of the college, the Sr. Business Administrator will also have a reporting line to the Divisional Dean and accountability to the Department Heads of the Division. In this critical role, the Sr. Business Administrator will partner with the Divisional Dean and Department Heads on the financial strategy to grow the academic departments of the division. Overseeing all financial matters and staff, the Sr. Business Administrator will partner closely with the Academic side of the house guiding all financial matters. Essential Functions
This role operates as part of team. Assigned responsibilities are subject to change at the discretion of management and the needs of the team, business unit or division. Required Education
Required Experience
Five (5) years of financial and administrative experience, including three (3) years of supervisory experience Additional Qualifications Considered
Three (3) years of financial experience within a Higher Ed setting, including one (1) year of previous supervisory experience. Physical Requirements/Work Environment
