Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Change Management Team Lead to lead a small team supporting the Department of the Navy's Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, VA. This role focuses on reengineering and improving critical business processes to enhance BUMED's mission capabilities, with an emphasis on audit remediation and support services.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead and oversee a team of business process engineers to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Manage projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Update and maintain SOPs and MBPs on the Navy Medicine SharePoint portal.
  • Track and document SOP/MBP changes in quarterly reports.
  • Update the Navy Medicine Entity Profile for compliance with DHA and DON audits.
  • Develop quarterly newsletters with SOP/MBP updates.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with the Navy's ERP tool.
  • 4+ years of experience in business process improvement and/or change management.
  • Knowledge of the ADKAR model
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement and presentations.


Desired Skills:



  • Consulting experience in audit readiness and remediation.
  • Familiarity with Navy operations, especially BUMED.
  • Certifications such as CCMP, CDFM, CGFM, or PMP.


Work Environment:
This role is primarily remote, but the preferred candidate will reside in Northern Virginia and be available for occasional on-site meetings.
