Our West Valley team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapy Aide to join our team in our outpatient clinic in Dallas, Oregon.

Your Role with Us:

You will provide essential support to patients and therapists and help maintain a high-quality environment of care. We are looking for a team player with ability to multi-task and a strong interest in healthcare.

Core Functions:

  • Performs basic care tasks and assist therapists with patient mobility and getting patients to/from therapy sessions.
  • Performs duties to ensure a sanitary treatment environment.
  • Inventories, orders, and stocks therapy supplies and food items necessary for therapy treatments.
  • Completes administrative/clerical/regulatory tasks as needed to ensure patient safety, department efficiency, and compliance.
  • Performs minor repairs or follows established procedures for defective equipment.

Your Background and Expertise:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
  • Intermediate technological proficiency.
  • Oregon State Board Administrative Rules requires completion of 40 hours of aide-certified training within six (6) months of hire or transfer to perform treatment-related tasks.
  • Strong Organizational and clerical skills preferred.
  • Experience with data entry in excel, Microsoft Outlook and Word preferred.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • Previous professional and/or volunteer experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Basic level of understanding related to medical terminology preferred.
  • Valid Oregon Driver's License preferred.
