JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision of the site manager, this role involves initiating and responding to phone calls to facilitate enrollment in the All of Us Program. This position supports scheduling, assists with logistics, and focuses on engaging potential participants, including trying to persuade hesitant prospects to become active participants. JOB DUTIES:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one (1) year of experience in customer service, or a related field. Survey research experience preferred. This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.88/hour and is benefit eligible (PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision coverage on day 1, tuition remission, 403B Savings plan) This position is being funded by a grant and/or designated source and therefore continuation in the position is contingent upon funding availability.
