Winter may be here, but we're already looking ahead to summer! If you love outdoor activities and have experience working with children, why not secure your summer job now? The YMCA of the North Shore is excited to hire enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Staff for the summer of 2025! As one of the largest employers of seasonal camp staff on the North Shore, we offer an unforgettable summer experience at some of the most well-known camps in the region. From Children's Island off the coast of Marblehead to Cape Ann's Camp Spindrift, Camp Cedar Mill, Camp Dory in the Rowley/Essex area, Camp Harbor Quest in Salem, and our flagship location, Camp Sterling Woods at the Greater Beverly YMCA-there's a camp for everyone! With a wide range of activities like sports, arts and crafts, kayaking, swimming, and more, YMCA Camps are the perfect place to create lasting memories! As a member of the YMCA camp staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring campers engage, learn, and make the most of their summer. You will help supervise campers, lead activities, and assist in facilitating games and events. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining safety standards and staying alert to campers' needs. To succeed as a camp counselor, you should be positive, proactive, and caring, with a focus on delivering a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all. If you're looking to enhance your resume while developing leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, this is the perfect summer opportunity for you! APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
