The Vice President, Compliance will be responsible for leading the ethics and compliance program and driving key ethics and compliance initiatives, including policies and procedures, training and communications, investigations, third party diligence screening, trade compliance program, data privacy program, and compliance program evaluations and risk assessments. This role involves close coordination and collaboration with members of the Executive Leadership Team and other senior leadership, as well as members of the Legal team, Internal Audit, Finance, Digital, Integrated Supply Chain and Human Resources. This position will report to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, be a member of the Legal and Compliance leadership team, and present to the Board of Directors. The position is based in St Louis Park, Minnesota. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Pay Transparency: nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $240,000 - $350,000 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives. WE HAVE:
