What Project Management & Regulatory Sciences contributes to Cardinal Health Cardinal Health Regulatory Sciences provides global product development consulting services that enable biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies to accelerate the journey to regulatory approval. We offers integrated solutions across the product lifecycle from early-stage development through commercialization.The Manager, Project Management will be instrumental in establishing a PMO - ultimately managing project budgets and reports on the status of project cost, timing, and staffing.This person will also contribute to organizing project teams, establishes project schedules and individual responsibilities, and determining resource requirements.
