Faculty Part-time, Digital Media - Screenwriting

General Summary of Position:

The Digital Media program at UMass Lowell is seeking an adjunct faculty to instruct to teach a course in screenwriting during the Spring of 2025 semester.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• An MA, MFA, terminal degree in a related field, or professional experience equivalent to a terminal degree is required. Successful candidates should have substantial experience in writing for screen or theater and demonstrated excellence in teaching at college level.
• one-year of college-level teaching experience
• demonstrated relevant scholarship/research/publication activity

Additional Considerations:

• Evidence that the candidate has already taught courses in the relevant field
