~ 20 Hours/week, Part-time, Day shift ~

Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required

An exciting opportunity for a Behavorial Health Clinician II with interest, training and experience integrating behavioral health services into primary care. This position is located in MaineHealth Primary Care Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Windham. This is a 20 hour position with benefits. The clinician's role would include providing screening, assessments, and focused treatment to patients of the practice. Treatment structure includes individual, family, and group work. Additional functions of the role includes linking patients to additional services and supports, providing curbside consultation to providers, and participating in population health activities that targets the health and wellbeing of specific groups of people. Persons interested in this position must be comfortable working with all age groups. Knowledge of and interest in treating substance use disorders is preferred.

Summary

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field
2. License/Certifications: Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR)
3. Experience: At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician.
