$20-24/HOUR PLUS COMMISSION DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE
OVERALL SALARY COULD RANGE BETWEEN $55,000 - 75,000
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing customer service support to the branch through deficiency estimating and sales
- Manage deficiency estimating process from creation to closure using approved sales platforms
- Must be organized and able to exercise effective time management skills to prioritize workload
- Open willingness to continual learning
- Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner
- Data entry, printing, and processing of branch sales/work orders
- Answer and route phone calls effectively
- Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
- Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values
- Any other duties deemed appropriate by management
Required:
- 1 year of fire protection, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing background REQUIRED
- Pass drug and background screenings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
- Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):
- New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within 3 days of hire. This form is required by the U.S. Department of Justice and Immigration and Immigration and Naturalization Services.
