Senior Engineer, Client, Productivity & Collaboration Services

We are looking for a Senior Engineer, Client, Productivity & Collaboration Services to lead the global strategy, development and execution of global end-user systems for the entire lifecycle of; a client, software and employee on and offboarding. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable I.T. initiatives. Understanding legacy technology and business processes and how to modernize them. Ability to leverage Microsoft collaborative technologies and new delivery systems to bring appropriate solutions to meet business needs. Building relationships with and understanding the needs of various departments in HBB. Develop strong relationships with business leaders to ensure a high degree of customer service and active adoption of technologies that solve business problems.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaborative company initiatives for continued adoption of M365 product and functionality; modernize the collaborative suite and services; Office 365 / SharePoint /Teams administration/CoPilot. Asset management for cyber compliance and DLP.
  • Manage End-User/EndPoint access controls and administration to SOX systems and services; Desktop, mobile, collaboration platforms, digital technologies, office productivity
  • Provide senior technical oversight to manage global desktop systems deployments, administration, security, mobile device management, and support through management of 3rd party service desk and remote office technical support personnel
  • Incident, problem and change management in Enterprise ITSM system with Management reporting. Lead both departmental and company-wide initiatives that embody and employ the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation best practices. Define Service Level Agreements, Priority Levels, and resolution timeframe.
  • Accountable for the development and maintenance of IT policies to ensure IT usage is aligned with HBB Cyber Security, Compliance and Privacy policies
  • Learning new technologies, processes and developing team with project experience, certifications and online training

Position Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in I.T. or comparable program and/or 10 years applicable work experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in IT
  • Minimum 5 years' experience Microsoft Administration
  • ITIL and Service Management Experience, 5 years
  • Enterprise Systems user administration, 5 years
  • Experience managing complex projects, 5 years
  • Microsoft 365/ Office 365 Suite administration
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kan Ban or LEAN process Management
