Corporate Lending Associate

The Charlotte office is looking for a mid-level associate with at least three years of substantive corporate lending experience. It is desirable that this candidate has experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, both senior and subordinated, involving domestic and international credit facilities for direct and sponsored transactions and leading significant portions of those transactions. Strong deal experience at a large law firm with a particular focus of asset based, commercial and cash flow lending is preferred. The group is looking for someone who excels in a highly team-oriented environment. Admission to the North Carolina Bar is preferred.
