We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as an Architectural Designer/Junior Architect. This position is based in the Point Pleasant, NJ office.

You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package Duties/Responsibilities: This position supports the mission of the Architecture Division by collaborating with the licensed architect and preparing schematic designs and construction drawings for various projects. * Receive project requests and draft designs. * Measure and document existing building conditions. * Prepare conceptual drawings, construction drawings, specifications, and reports. * Collaborate with architect and design team to ensure accuracy of design work. * Ensure design specifications adhere to safety standards and building codes, * Provide construction administration support including project site visits. Required Skills/Abilities: * Ability to produce and interpret construction documents. * Experience developing creative and practical solutions based on evaluation of multiple factors. * Detail oriented. * Experience creating simple structural designs. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred. * Zero to three years or more of related experience. * Previous Internship or working experience with architecture firm preferred. * Desire and ability to obtain licensure once experience requirements are met. #ZR | |
