Full Time Description & Requirements As a strategic partner, the Learning & Development Business Partner (LDBP) is responsible for ensuring an overall positive learning experience by assisting & collaborating with key stakeholders on the design, development, management, and delivery of programs. The LDBP serves as a liaison to multiple business functions to ensure an integrated approach to the entire team member life cycle, with a primary goal of amplifying the team member experience, enhancing team member technical knowledge, and increasing team member engagement. The LDBP will be a key stakeholder in Projects and Programs lead by the Forvis Mazars Recruiting team, as well as ensuring every Forvis Mazars Flagship Event, regardless of service line or industry, has elements of Forvis Mazars DNA integrated throughout. The curriculum will be an intentional blend of technical, leadership, and culture driving topics focused on developing the whole professional and ensuring that every individual who comes to work for Forvis Mazars leaves a better person and professional than when they arrived.
