You will be responsible for participating and leading both discovery and development to achieve a specific product goal. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design and development, optimizing team processes, and utilizing data to monitor project success. Focused on management of the workspace lifecycle, you will be responsible for helping create creative solutions to deliver intuitive ways for customers to optimize and expend their use of Relativity so they may grow their practice. You will build strong customer relationships to validate our solutions are solving the right problems. You will help lead a team of skilled designers and engineers focused creating exceptional user experiences and actualizing the project goals. The Product Management team is looking for aProduct Manager to lead the roadmap and success of RelativityOne's Collect offerings, a portfolio of connectors and features that allow our customers and partners to identify and collect data for legal matters from third party data sources like Microsoft, Google & Slack. In this role, you will: Drive the short and long-term roadmap and product vision by working closely with engineering, UX, enablement, and sales teams to meet Relativity business goals. Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption and create artifacts that articulate product offerings. Ensure customers have successful experiences by supporting customer facing Relativity teams. Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $115,000 and $173,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position. |
