Who we are looking for:

VML is seeking a Media Supervisor to oversee a key account This individual should possess a working knowledge across multiple media channels with emphasis in digital media, paid search and emerging media and be should be proficient in media-related research and analytical tools. This person should be able to communicate effectively and develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and other internal departments as well as with key vendors.

What you'll do:

It is the Media Supervisor's responsibility to ensure that all projects are completed and executed to the client's expectations and to mentor team members in their learning of the media buying and planning process. The Media Supervisor should possess strong writing and presentation skills along with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work flow to support the accurate delivery of media plans. In this position, we are seeking someone with advanced reporting skills and extensive analytical capabilities related to media measurement and campaign performance.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Exceptional oral, written and presenting skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced media planning and reporting skills
What you'll need:
  • 5+ years experience working in digital media, agency experience required
  • Extensive understanding of the digital advertising industry's infrastructure systems
  • Proficient using third party ad serving tool (DART) and media research tools (MRI, Nielsen, comScore)
  • Ability to lead digital media strategy, planning development, and campaign launches
  • Understanding of paid search, paid social, and all performance media channels to support in media planning efforts
  • Experience with advanced digital media reporting and analytics

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
