Position Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Global Sales Enablement to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of sales enablement professionals and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the effectiveness of our global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales enablement professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement a global sales enablement strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and drives revenue growth.

  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales enablement initiatives.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs. Regularly analyze data and provide insights to senior leadership to optimize sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.

  • Leverage sales enablement platforms and sales technology tools to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive consistent sales practices across the organization.

Qualifications


  • Experience in building and leading global sales enablement teams and strategy within the software or technology industry.

  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms and tools such as Allego, Mindtickle, or Seismic

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance analysis and reporting.

  • Domestic travel is required

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $95500.00 - $167000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
