Job Description
  • Gather and review the Functional Capacity Outcome and supporting documentation in preparation of assessment
  • Provide resources and next steps, including directing clients to the appropriate team member
  • Collect data, identify and address challenges, and create IVAP with each client
  • Discuss short-term and long-term employment goals with clients to determine next steps using industry-specific assessment tools
  • Complete vocational assessments and re-assessments within required turnaround times
  • Work with Business Services Coordinators, Instructors, and Community Partner Coordinators to maintain knowledge of employment opportunities and training programs to make accurate assessments and referrals to next steps
  • Work closely with Employment Coaches reviewing IVAP
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, human resources, liberal arts or related area and 2 years of experience working with persons with a variety of physical and behavioral health needs or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • It is preferred candidates have a Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC) certification, but candidates who have completed their Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling will be considered for this position with the condition that a Certification is obtained within 12 months of hire.
  • Ability to perform all job duties in compliance with Person First standards, Health Insurance Portability Act guidelines, HRA and company policies
  • Experienced in handling high volume client traffic
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven
  • Exceptional customer service and engagement skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with publicly-funded programs; Temporary Assistance for Needy Families experience preferable
  • Experience in assessing the need for and making reasonable accommodations for customers
  • Knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements related to program responsibilities
  • Ability to use various electronic systems to carry out duties and responsibilities
  • Familiarity with online interest, aptitude and vocational assessments are preferred
Additional Information

Pay range: $70,000 to $73,000
