The Team:

IB Engineering Deal Workflows is a global team responsible for engineering the next generation digital solutions and automation for banking that consists of a set of well-integrated platforms and allows us to serve our bankers and clients better.

We are responsible for driving the content automation strategy for banking, designing the zero trust implementations across multiple cloud platforms both PaaS and SaaS, digitizing the content generation and collaboration workflows into a coherent end user-experience, and building a highly resilient and scalable platform that will allow a quick time to market for new capabilities. We build on top of premier technology platforms for 3000+ users in the Investment Banking business.

In this role you will be working in close partnership with product managers as well as across the engineering organization with the application teams building specific functional components.

THE ROLE

Product marketing managers for IB Classic Engineering spearhead all marketing efforts for all applications used by classic bankers (senior and junior bankers). These individuals deeply understand their target audience's everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how the product helps solve customer problems. Through close collaborations with product owners, marketing content designers and writers, and product developers, product marketing managers shape effective marketing strategy and content.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Energetic, able to build and sustain long-term relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-directional work environment.
  • Strong analytical fundamentals are key to success in this role.
  • Create the marketing, training, and communication strategy for all technology products
  • Write product marketing communications for product launches for global distribution
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with product and engineering teams
  • Set product marketing goals and timelines driven by adoption metrics to evaluate success of marketing campaigns
  • Increase banker adoption rates of deployed technology solutions
  • Provide ongoing training and support to bankers for IB engineering technology



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • 3+ years of product management, product marketing or relevant experience
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present, persuade and influence peers, vendors and executives.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns is preferred
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Microsoft Teams and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodology



Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $115000-$180000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
