Job Scope

The Senior Marketing Communication Specialist will play a vital role in developing, implementing and managing strategies and tactics that communicate the company's business objectives, values and culture to external and internal audiences. In this role, your focus will be on content creation, research and event management. You will collaborate closely with the product marketing team to support tactics to execute marketing plans across all franchises.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Craft marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, branded items, competitive guides, etc. leveraging Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conducts research and evaluates target audiences and channels for effective messaging.
  • Collaborates with external agencies, when necessary.
  • Point person for the approval process of marketing content.
  • Supports event logistics and strategies for tradeshows, webinars, and meetings for the Immunodiagnostic team.
  • Manages and maintains internal website.
  • Build, activate, and manage cross-functional relationships with product marketing, digital marketing, and other teams.



Education, Experience and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or another relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall marketing and communications experience.
  • Proficiency of Adobe InDesign.
  • Preferred marketing communication experience in corporate environments (IVD, Medical Device, Healthcare).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing quality work on deadline.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as effective presentation abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple programs concurrently.
  • Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
  • Microsoft SharePoint knowledge.
  • Knowledge of SmartSheet.
  • PowerPoint skill proficiency.
  • Experience with marketing cloud platforms.



*Hybrid position, expectation to be in 3 days per week.

Salary Range

The salaryrange for this position is $90,000-$90,700 annually.The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base salary, Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being. Benefits may vary by role, country, region, union status, and other employment status factors. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
