General Summary: Coordinates the daily operations of assigned area(s). Responsibilities: Coordinates patient access activities, such as registration, billing, and scheduling.\| Assists management in establishing and implementing goals.\| Serves as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensures sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements.\| Assists in monitoring budgets, staffing levels, quality measures, and/or regulatory compliance. Requirements: High School diploma equivalency 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Medical terminology, medical office, and or Acute hospital desk clerk experience preferred. Computer, telephone and customer service skill preferred.
