The Employee Relations Office of the Central HR office seeks to hire a high performing Senior Employee Relations Specialist who will add value to the Employee Relations team by helping to maintain a positive environment for those who work for Georgia State University. WHAT WILL YOU DO: The Senior Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for leading the Employee Relations team to excellence, by establishing and developing trusted relationships with local Leadership, campus HR Officers, and other internal stakeholders. This position is critical for building initiatives to foster a positive employee relations environment that aligns with the mission and values of the University.
