What you will do..

  • Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and processing pension related invoices through the Northern Trust Webcash system
  • Responsible for timely completion of annual CIEBA (Committee on Investment of Employee Benefit Assets) survey on the Defined Benefit Plan
  • Follow up on audit confirmation requests from the company's internal and external auditors
  • Upload monthly returns from Northern Trust to perpetual databases maintained on the shared drive.
  • Responsible for preparing and monitoring roughly 200 cashier vouchers/purchase orders totaling over $20M in annual spend for the company's insurance and real estate programs
  • Utilize SAP in the reconciliation of general ledger charges and prepares various state compliance registrations.
  • Manage correspondence for certificate of insurance requests and approve customized certificates when required by contract
  • Oversee property recommendations from insurance company, and work with sites to understand and track timeline for completion and cost
  • Support the insurance policy renewals by collecting and monitoring exposure information. Oversee the departments $5M surety bonds program by assisting with the renewal of current bonds, as well as facilitate the procurement of new requests
  • Manage Workers' Compensation self-insurance applications and state filing
  • Manage the real estate department group email boxes and assign tasks for completion as needed.
  • Support lease execution for month-to-month storage facilities
  • Oversee real estate bi-monthly invoice processing and sublease income exposure
  • Provide administrative review of real estate data in CoStar
  • Provide administrative support within Treasury as needed
  • Assist with the department budgets

  • This individual will work with insurance and real estate brokers, insurance companies, internal and external auditors.

What you bring to the table...(Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree or2 - 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including Excel spreadsheets

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, to deliver more complex information effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to be able to manage complex tasks and work through to solutions with little guidance and direction.
  • Awareness of your own tasks, and how it impacts the team and deliverables.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Ability to analyze and take necessary action in multiple focus areas, based on several data points.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

    $47,800-$68,700

    Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
