Responsibilities



  • Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle
  • Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules
  • Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
  • Develops specifications for new contract orders
  • Leads S&OP meetings and manage inventory that includes On hand, Long term, obsolete inventory
  • Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprise wide systems
  • Runs forecast review with internal stakeholders and manage, implement and enhance projects, sales forecasts, system updates and vendor/purchasing activities for customers and products
  • Drive effective and timely communication with order management, sales, customers, product planning, LG factories and HQ to maximize inventory availability while meeting performance targets
  • Run CPFR with customers and manage sell in & sell out forecast, inventory management, and channel inventory domestically
  • Manage SCM KPIs based on HQ SCM guidelines and standards regionally and globally
  • Identify operational issues and corrective action plans to increase forecasting accuracy, reduce manual work to improve CPFR with customers and sales teams
  • Develop new formats, processes, or reports for CPFR and S&OP meetings
  • Share sell in, sell out, promotion plans, inventory with customers and supporting teams


Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree with 7+ years of Supply Chain related experience in CPFR, SCM, Sales, Sales Operation, Sales programs
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Builder & appliance experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good understanding of CPFR, demand planning, inventory management, sales deductions, and promotions processes
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences with impact
  • Creative mindset with the ability to look at a problem with a number of different perspectives and ideas for a solution
